We are currently expanding our business to Netherlands and are looking for a
Community Manager/Supporter Intern (Dutch) f/m
Your responsibilities
• care of polish speaking community by answering questions, solving customer issues, handling of complaints
• contact to our developer team to plan improvement implementations of the games, suggested by our users
• beta testing of new games and new game versions
• assistance for the departments PR, Marketing and Product Management with regards to translation
Your qualifications
• being fluent in spoken and written Dutch
• having good skills in English and/or German
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
• high degree of self-motivation
• a distinctive capacity for teamwork as well as the ability to work independently and flexibly
